Yes. While the program is self-guided, we offer optional webinars, Q&A sessions, and guidance for internal champions to ensure a seamless implementation.
Additionally, you may be working with your external consultant who will be able to guide you directly.
Absolutely. Most clients have accomplishments sent to their internal Champion Team responsible for implementing the program and/or each person’s manager for support and acknowledgment of improved performance.
Yes! You can either pilot the program with a group of managers or with a manager and their team within a Business Unit, a Functional Area, or a sample of people across your organization.
This program is automatically licensed each year, so there is no disruption to those in the middle of implementation. Also, for people who have already completed the program in one year, they will go through the program even faster in the second year to create new stretch goals and commitments for self-improvement. As expectations and standards of performance increase, your employees can keep up by creating new goals and commitments every year. You can end your licensing agreement at any time.
